A broad-shouldered, mouth-filling Cabernet on release, our 2015 is showing what the first stages of maturity can bring to a massive red wine. It still features amazingly vibrant primary notes of black cherries, plum, vanilla and dark berries, but the edges are softening a little to reveal floral and oak spice elements as the acidity integrates throughout the finish. A glass poured after an hour or two in a decanter alongside a grilled filet mignon may change your opinion about when Napa Cabernet shows its best! (3L Bottle)
