The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is truly a wonderful vintage. Boasting a full-bodied French oak flavor with dark ruby hues, it lends an opulent character with an elegant texture and long finish. Aromatics of dark cherry, cassis and vanilla combine with alluring flavors of blackberry, ripe stone fruit, and dark chocolate. This year’s growing season in Napa was a cooler and longer period, yielding more intense and vibrant fruit. Aged in 100% new French oak for 21 months and another year in the bottle provides a balanced tannin structure to this wine. Ideal as an age worthy wine or to be enjoyed immediately.
