The 2010 vintage features flavors similar to our 2009 with aromas of vanilla, black cherry and dark chocolate. Dark ruby in color, Freedom Estate Cabernet is a medium body wine that boasts depth and richness with an earth driven finish. Hand harvested grapes and barrel fermented, aged 24 months in new French Oak Seguin Moreau and Tonnellerie O barrels. The mild winter bred superb quality fruit with bold color and amazing flavor.
